Toilets

Besides carrying new 1.6 gallon water saver toilets Brown's recycles many older toilets.  White residential toilet prices start as low as $35.  Other models that we have recycled include older wall hung tank type, commercial wall hung with either tank or flush valves, one piece low boys, older models with various rough ins, and handicapped.  The original oak tank and decorative porcelain bowl pictured here recently sold for only $400.  We also sell urinals (we have had floor mount, wall hung, and trough), bidets, and drinking fountains (porcelain, stainless steel and self cooling).


Faucets and Valves

We also carry new, used, and reconditioned faucets and valves.  Among our inventory are toilet and urinal flush valves, lavatory and kitchen faucets, residential and commercial shower valves, commercial, restaurant, and bar faucets, and foot valves.


Bath tubs

Cast iron, steel, and fiberglass bath tubs are abundant at our store.  Prices range from $15 for tubs to be used for water troughs to as much as $500 for unusual sizes of original claw leg tubs in mint condition.


Shower units

Brown's currently has a large selection of new fiberglass shower and tub/showers units.  A wide selection of styles is available including double seat models, handicapped, 2-piece and colored.  Prices for new units range from $140 up.

Sinks


Brown Building Materials has all kinds of sinks.  From ordinary bathroom, kitchen, bar, and mop sinks to antique pedestal and corner sinks.  The variety ranges from cast iron, steel, porcelain, to modern day institutional stainless steel.  Prices can range from $10 to hundreds of dollars depending on the item.  Corner sinks like the one pictured here generally range from $40 to $75.  The new pedestal sink pictured sells for $265.
